At the Aspen, your rental provides complete access to our beautiful facility, ensuring a seamless experience for your event, whether it's a wedding ceremony, reception, or any other gathering. Begin your journey in our welcoming foyer, which features a cozy fireplace, complimentary handicap accessible washroom facilities, and a large wall-mounted screen TV. This versatile space is perfect for greeting guests, staging the wedding party, or mingling before transitioning into the main Aspen room. As you move into the Aspen room, you'll discover a generous space measuring 36' x 29', accommodating up to 80 guests for banquet seating, complete with a head table. For meetings or ceremonies, we can arrange theatre seating for up to 120 attendees. Your rental also includes access to an in-house PA system, a portable lectern, a flip chart/whiteboard, 10 - 5 ft round tables, 2 - 8ft rectangular tables, 2 - 6 ft rectangular tables,  4 black rectangular table coverings, and 120 chairs for comfortable seating. 

Adjacent to the main room is a practical warming kitchen, equipped with a stove, fridge, sinks, and ample counter space. Tables and chairs can be set up according to your preferences, and the facility is open for your personal décor choices. At the Aspen, we aim to create a memorable experience tailored to your unique event needs. 

Imagine exchanging your vows surrounded by lush greenery and a wooded backdrop of Aspen trees flanked on one side by tall, beautiful white spruce. This setting is called the Meadow, one of two outdoors locations on this 3.4 acre property. The second cozy, private, stunning location directly behind the event centre is the Hollow. Just beyond the fencing on a couple of sides are lovely pastures. Don't be surprised to see the horses moving about throughout your special day!
